** Some tools are only sold to professionals. We require annual practice certificate of the responsible therapist before purchase.

1. Self-pickup from Tai Wai Warehouse

2. Delivery

 A. If the order amount is less than $2000,
      you can choose to pay the shipping fee to SF        Express on delivery
      Or get a shipping quote from us (by weight)
 B. If the shipping fee cannot be claimed,
     we can integrate the fee into the unit prices
     of the products.
 C. For orders with a final total of $2,000
      or more, we offer free shipping in Hong Kong
     (Excluding outlying islands / remote areas)
 D. Purchasing orders include delivery fees

Delivery time

Products in stock will be shipped within one week. Ordering products/assessment tools may take 6 to 12 weeks. Please contact us first to inquire about our stock. If you need to order products in large quantities, it is recommended to confirm the order as early as possible.

We will arrange delivery as soon as possible after the goods arrive Hong Kong. We can provide the original copy of quotation/invoice first to let your institution start the payment process as soon as possible.

For orders under 10,000 Hong Kong dollars, you can pay the order fee within 30 days after the arrival of the goods after stamping the quotation/invoice.
