Dual-control Scissors

Imported from the UK. Double loops on each handle of this specially designed scissors allow parents and children to simultaneously complete the cutting action. Parents can use loops closest to the blade to assist children with the control of the scissors. The scissors have blunted ends to make them safe for children to use and come with a spring-assisted mechanism which is easier for children to learn scissors skills.
